Small businesses often start with a vision, but turning that vision into a thriving enterprise takes determination, strategy, and key decisions along the way. In an upcoming Lunchtime Workshop, two entrepreneurs will share their stories of scaling small businesses into successful ventures.

One of the featured speakers will be Gerry Reynolds, the founder of Takumi Precision Engineering Limited, who launched his company in Limerick in 1998. Originally focused on precision engineering, Takumi has grown into a leader in high-tech sectors such as aerospace, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. Now part of the Acrotec Group, the company’s journey is a testament to the power of long-term strategy and adaptation in a competitive market.

In addition to his role at Takumi, Gerry is a founding member of Emerald Aero Group, where he has contributed significantly to positioning Ireland as a hub for aerospace innovation. His experiences offer essential insights into how entrepreneurs can overcome challenges and expand their businesses on an international scale.

The panel discussion, scheduled for 30th October, will take place from 13:00-13:45 and will be streamed live on LinkedIn. The session promises to offer valuable insights for entrepreneurs at any stage of their business journey.
