Aerospace Production
ÉireComposites provide design, tooling, manufacturing and testing services to the international aerospace industry. We have the capability to manufacture parts up to 6m in length. We have parts flying on commercial aircraft since 2008.

Aerospace parts
-Elevator and rudder skins, spars and ribs for the Bombardier Global 5500/6500 business jet series.
-Auxiliary spar angles and floor panels for the Airbus A220-100 and A220-300
-Blocker doors for the Pratt and Whitney PW1000G engine nacelle.
-Access panels and strakes for the V2500 engine.
-Composite components for the Airbus A220 aircraft.
-Development and production of composite assembly for the A400M.

Accreditations
We have multiple process approvals in place with Spirt Belfast, Airbus Canada and Bombardier.
-NADCAP AC7118 – Composites.
-NADCAP AC7114 – Non-Destructive Testing.
-AS 9100 – Design, Development and Manufacture of advanced composite components for the aerospace, space and other industries.

-C-scan and non-destructive testing.
-Trimming, drilling, machining and bonding assembly.
